THE EXACT PROJECT is the result of the efforts of a team of friends knowing each other for more than 30 years, from different countries, and wishing to unfold the dynamic of a steady growing investment Real Estate scheme, in order to secure the individual, family and business income.
During the years, it grew organically, mostly by word of mouth, to be a multi task, one-stop real Estate shop, with a great range of activities and portfolio.
The multidisciplinary team recruited highly professional expertise’s and unique strengths from different fields and walks of life.

Nikos was born in Athens and lived his childhood in Preveza. He graduated from the School of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He has acquired master Degree in the subject of ”Analysis and Design of Earthquake Resistant Structures” from NTUA. He has worked in-house for technical offices in Athens at his first steps. At the moment he works as a freelancer as he hosts technical office in Athens. He specializes in structural design of structures, and his main sites of actuation are Athens and Preveza. He has also participated in structural projects such as design and retrofiting of hotels, residential and educational structures in Greece and abroad. He also carries out issuing of building permits, plot surveying and technical consulting. He spends his free time touring, sight-seeing, swimming, hiking and also studying various science matters such as history and chemistry. He speaks Greek, English, and a few German.
